The head rest when in the back most position is still too far forward.
It needs at least another backwards position. It's not that uncomfortable
but a slight adjustment would be nice.

This has been discussed before.  The position of the headrest is somewhat dependent and the rake of the seat back.  More upright needs the rest further back.  I agree, the range of adjustment is insufficient or should go back further.

I solved the problem by leaning the seat back a smidge more which automatically forces you to hold your head slightly forward.
