That happens to me sometimes I find if I hit the back arrow on explorer then hit the send again it usually goes through quicker on the 2nd attempt .. like it's tried a different portal...

i think i tried that once or twice but it said i had already replied, so it must be going through but doesn't seem to do anything after that, like it just hangs before refreshing
anyway i'll see how i go, its not all the time
