Hi all! Just thought I'd come and introduce myself. I'm on the cusp of ordering a new manual crdi (steel grey slx or sx, still not sure) after going through the wringer with various other makes and models (vw dealers are pretty damn aggressive). This seems like a friendly and imformative community, which I'd like to be a part of when I finally retire my 17 year old Toyota Soarer which is completely on its last legs.

I live in Perth, Western Australia by the way. I look forward to contributing to the discussions Smiley

Welcome thenoumenon

I can personally recommend an CRDi SLX ... I'm assuming you are taliking about a Hyper silver car which is a few shades lighter than Steel Grey which was very popular but has been discontinued for quite a while now... icon_cool

haha I think I just read that colour in a review sometime and it's just somehow stuck in my head Smiley Yeah, I've been going back and forth on the SX vs. SLX recently. SLX definitely is more appealing to me Smiley

Hi thenoumenon and welcome.
Glad you finally managed to solve the major (and only) dilemma of what color biggrin biggrin
Noticed that many of us here are Toyota ex-owners. Little by little, Hyundai is replacing Toyota.
Of course, Toyota will soon replace Ferrari icon_lol

hehe thanks for the welcome!

That depends what Toyota will replace Ferrari on, I think it's already leading on the number of line recalls (ice burn) Wink
