From what i can see the red car, taxi, crossed a continuous white line which is, i presume, illegal.

Plus he was at speed.

yes, it is a shame of me not to pull over to inquire about any help necessary, but I was damn shocked, moreover as Daz had noticed - it is a highway with an average speed about 120km/h.
As for the video file I doubt SsangYoung's driver would need any evidence to prove his innocence; an overall fault lies on a taxi's driver.
