The first one looked like a good crosswind takeoff technique (in very strong winds). Full left aileron until wing becomes effective, then fly it.

The second one, ouch. They should take away his aircraft! Unless it was a real EFATO after a practice EFATO (engine failure after takeoff).

They did take his aircraft away,,,, in bits.
