Drive it and use the brakes. It'll come good. :)

Yes, if a car sits around for a while it's not unusual for the discs to go a bit rusty.
Once you start using them they may be a little bit noisy until the surface rust disappears but the friction will soon get rid of it.  :)

Yip, after a day of standing my disks turn brown. A few miles later they are back to normal :goodjob2:

Take it for a "spirited" drive. They'll be shiny in no time.

If I haven't used my car for a day or two the brakes seem a bit 'grabby' the first couple of times I use them, though after that they are fine again.

Perfectly normal for rusty discs, means that they haven't been driving you car.  :goodjob2:

Simply driving the car home will eradicate that and when you get home you can see your shiny discs again, oh joy, oh bliss.

Entirely up to you, I have no experience with this, but other members here have and can advise you. If you do, be sure to use the correct paint, they get hot.

Either go to your local accessory place and ask what they have or search Ebay (UK) they have various choices mainly from Italy (so postage as dear as the paint)
