Nope, it is in a large building next to the airport.  You may as well say that you hope all buildings next to the airport are underground, the name of the building had nothing to do with the aircraft crashing into it.  It would have been the same result if the building had of been named "We practice crashing flight simulator centre".

Imagine the shock when a plane smashed through the ceiling!
