As i wear shorts i now have a dotted line of small broken skin bits where i brushed the brambles.
Sadly, they will. But at least they'll be able to "cut along the dotted line"
@ Phil & Dazz,Sorry to hear that Lester, i got up early as sun is coming up really early, road 16k before breakfast & on the way home had a maggie swooping he or her? hit my crash helmet. most maggies down here are ok as we feed them , but you always get one barstard!the spirwing Pluvers will start soon too, but they don't seem to bother people just dog's, they give people leading there dogs hell.well summer coming on here so i guess winter moving in up the top of the world?
@ Keith
Not the Calais!! I just glad wrapped the number plate... I've joined the great cycle challenge: Great Cycle Challenge - Riders - Keith HeinrichI'm targeting 500km for October which is achievable if the weather is good. Currently doing about 130km a week and planning to get up to 200k a week as soon as reasonably possible. I'm working on shedding some kg's and so far, so good.I head out with a bike club Saturdays and those guys hammer along with me hanging right off the back trying to keep up. Hilarious. Keith Heinrich | Cyclist on StravaThe birds are a bit of a nuisance atm. I copped four bird strikes last Saturday but they seem to just bounce off the helmet. Some folks put zip ties on their helmets which seems pointless to me.
Local hill which I could not ride over in August. Now going to the gym 3 times a weeks as well and the benefits are becoming apparent.I still need to lose about 20 kg, should be well on the way by this time next year.
I prefer the term "prosperous". But 70kg is where I should be.
Was it a good route?
