Hi'im new here  and i have a problem with my usb in hyundai i30 from 2007...when I pluged in my usb I see error on radio screen. Usb was formated etc etc
How I can replace this to see whats going on with electrical and fix it? 

ps.before this error all usb has working

Have you tried another USB drive? How did you format it, NTFS or Fat 32?

You could try disconnecting your battery for 5 minutes to reset the stereo but may need a security code afterwards...

Had this once with one of mine,pulled the usb out and replugged it in work for a while then got the error message again.got the electrical spray cleaner out and give the recieving plaug and the USB device plug a good spray,not been a problem since

Sooo...when I disconnect battery ,problem is still exist (sorry my English isn't very good) xD .    "Just Rick" I must see what this spray do:)

In my 2011 the drive must be FAT32 and not NTFS.

How big is the USB drive. Greater than 32GB is not recommended. It must be formatted to Fat32. Do NOT use any spray as it will attract dust and form a mud paste which will be very hard to clean. Is the connection loose. If so, take the usb and GENTLY squeeze the silver housing in the centre, the metal housing will bend a little and you should feel a tighter fit. Make sure your songs are compatible with your player. I use mp3 @ 128 or 256 kb sample rate
