When I got my Accent in 2002 I put together an Excel spreadsheet to give me an idea of the fuel consumption of the car. For some obsure (anal?) reason, I continued to use it until the day I traded the Accent in on the i30. It's now running for the i30 and gives me Km between fills, MPG, l/100km, km/l, days between fill and cost per day. Several of my friends also use it.
If anyone is interested in a copy of it for their own use, I'm more than happy to email it to you - just let me know your email address.
The only info it requires from you is the date, the number of litres, the amount paid and the current Odo reading.
And it only works in metric :)
Posting this in the diesel section too, not that they deserve it
