Anyone got a toilet seat that washes their private parts then drys?

thats it Dave a Bidet , i need some new seats was searching came across some think Jap.
but as i'll never test road one just asking. would they eliminate the need for paper?

Bidet is a bit fancy for me,as is the maid and the Au pair,or a butler if you tilt that way,I'll just stick with the Gum Leaves and old newspaper,so when anyone calls me a tough Ol Arse,I can just say "Sure Have"
