Since yesterdag the car only blows hot air. When i turn off the
heater still a low flow of semi hot air is comming out if the fan.
When i turn the heater on top (window) the air is cooler when i
turn it to mid the air is warmer? Can anybody help me? Is there a
drawing for my heater (auto ac). I dont use the airo only blower.

Thanks

It seems i can't regulate hot and cold. There is a actuator under my glovecompartment. How can i test
this actuator when does it change position? Or which actuator  regulates the hot and cold air?

Plz help.

As you adjust the temp from cold to hot, the actuator should begin to move. There should be 3 actuators which move with the following changes
1 - Air Position (change between vents, windscreen, etc)
2 - Recirculation buttom (this should move between 2 positions)
3 - Temp Control (moves when you change the temp)

If you can locate all 3 you'll soon find 3 is your problem.

Thanks elantraelite for the response!  :goodjob2: :goodjob:

The actuator in the pictures is the one for cold/warm air. It wasn't moving when i turned from cold to warm. Removed the actuator
and opened it. Found out that the motor of the actuator is to weak (broken). When i measure the voltage it's only 5v, when i remove
the actuator the voltage is +12/-12 as it should be. When i use a little help to the motor it wil spin a short time. Orderd a new one.
Item numbre is 97159-2L000. Dealer asked 150 Euro for it  :fum: . Found a new one on Ebay for only 30 euro. (but now i have
to wait a few weeks). Removed the actuator and make the hot/cold air manual now.  :P

How did you remove the actuator? I'm having the same issue but can't seem to get my hand in there nor remove the front panels to get in there! Could you please provide steps for it?

Fix the problem.

How to:

Remove cover under glovecompartment. 3 screws.
Remover cover (abs swith) and remove 3 or 4 screws under cover
Remove clovecompartment 3 screws top and 3x 10 under
Now you can see the actuator. Remove connector back of actuator
Remove actuator 3 screws. 1 screw in the bach with short screwdriver.
