Maybe this 8x18 5x114,3 ET45. Will 8x18 fit? there is also 7,5x18

If you get 18"x 8" then a ET42 would be better, ET45 might just poke out a little to far whereas the ET42 should have the outer edge of a 225 tyre directly inline with the outside of the guards, if you'd like a bit of leeway then a 18" x 7.5" could be a better choice or if you'd like to retain a bit more comfort and less road noise a 17" x 7.5" would be the pick.
