I have a 2010 Comfort 1.4. Three 'problems' with the door locks.

Car stopped, key removed from ignition and in pocket. Open driver's door, leave car and shut door. Car remains unlocked. Go to reopen the driver's door which is locked. Look through the window to see that the locking button has moved to the closed position when I shut the door. Same issue has occurred with the passenger door but not with the rear doors. Only the recently shut front door is affected. Whilst under warranty the driver's door actuator was changed to try to rectify the problem.

With all door locked, come to a halt, the driver and passenger can open their doors by pulling the lever but the rear doors cannot be opened without activating the locking button. Is this correct?

I found it necessary to fit a new battery when I discovered that if you are locked in the car and power is lost by a battery disconnection you cannot open any of the doors. What would happen if you were involved in an accident which caused the battery to be disconnected?

All comments appreciated. (Speed locking is enabled.)
