I don't think so. When I got new Tyres on mine the Tyre place just did it as normal. The alignment settings are what they are. 

Active lane keep assist is electronic not mechanical.

I'll be having new front tyres soon and would like the wheel alignment checked as the inner shoulders have worn quicker than the rest of the tread. I think I read somewhere that on some cars the active lane keep assist sensors have to be recalibrated after wheel alignment adjustment and that only main dealers can do this.

The lane assist is done by the camera in the front of the rear view mirror, has no connection to the front wheel. The computer than issues the warning based on the image and steering wheel input if needed/available. You should be fine with the tyre place doing the alignment.

Hankooks aren't really that bad. There are a lot worse tyres out there. They aren't as good as the Michelins on bitumen but are much better on gravel.

If I was rating them out of 10, I would rate the Michelin pilot sport 4's a 9 and the Hankooks about a 7 .. there are lots of cheap and nasties out there that would rate under 5.

There wear rate on my FD was horrendous.
They were fine in the dry and dangerous in the wet.
Probably not the same as the current version though.

I've recently had the original front Hankooks replaced on my 60,000 miles in 16 months UK PD crdi manual hatch. The tried and tested small local independent tyre specialist also adjusted the front wheel alignment. The total cost was £135.00 and the Active Lane Keep Assist still works.
On my FD front Hankooks tended to last about 40,000 miles but they were smaller (185/65/15 against 205/55/16).
As I'm not too fussed about tyre pressures so long as they're all more or less the same and in the mid to high 30's psi I tend to adjust them up in the autumn ready for winter and that usually sees me through the following summer (as the PD has TPMS I use this to check the pressures at the start and end of most journeys).
One thing that has occurred to me though: does TPMS mean that the wheels cannot so easily be moved around the car to even out front and rear tyre wear if you're that way inclined?

TPMS system assigns IDs to each wheel. I do not know for sure, but I think rotating wheels, you will need re-learn IDs on all wheels again (correct me if I am wrong).

This was just one of the first that came up from Mr Google, but it definitely sounds like you have to reassign them after rotation.

So I'm left wondering if:
1) the system adjusts itself
2) there's a way of resetting it using the dashboard menus
3) a universally available scan tool does the job
4) it can only be done by a main dealer.
Perhaps someone who's rotated their wheels could enlighten me.
When buying the car I considered having a proper spare but was put off by the extra cost (approximately £300 for the wheel and tyre). At the time TPMS implications didn't occur to me and I wonder how the car would have coped when the fifth wheel was brought into use.

My thoughts (educated guess) is that it would need to be done by a dealer or a tyre shop. I doubt it could be done via dashboard menus ( don't recall any owner accessible menus with that option) I'd suspect there may be a scan tool app or other obd tool/app that could do it.

I guess you can drive around with them still working but risk notification for the wrong wheel location until you get it sorted.

Wow! That would be clever. Maybe it can sense the direction the sensors are broadcasting from?.
