There is reportedly an overhead shot which purports to show Craig hit the fence, then ouced into Scott.
If that exists they hae grounds for an appeal.
It's not a "Judge of Fact"" ruling which can't be appealed.
In my opinion the only thing Scott was guilty of was turning Simona around. But he did lose his composure after that.

Totally agree Trevor. The speeding in pit lane and the Lowndes incident can both be strongly argued. I'm glad Skaife wasn't scared to argue Scotty's case on both of those. Like Crompton predicted, there has been a huge social media storm about the result. Being how Scotty is way more popular than Whincup it has been very much in favour of Scotty. Unlikely to see the result reversed though. :Pout:
