G'day, another new member from the lonely city of Perth.

Owned and FD with my partner for many years, and other than some weeping turbo oil the mechanic mentioned, and a reverse light that never wants to stay working; it's been a solid wee beasty. But since it's SWMBO's car, her sister got the same car but higher trim.
And offered it to us for a song.
The former is her ladyships main ride and I'm pretty hands off with it - hate to try fix something, get it wrong, and have her get shitty about it. Easier just to let old mate down the road do it.

This second one will need a fair service, and has a random stalling issue (reason they parked it up and let it sit fallow, then sold unreg for cheap to us) that I need to fix, which led me here.

Man I haven't been on a forum in aaaaaaaages. Interestingly they haven't changed much, nice.

Googling the issue brought me here, figured I'd register and even start a thread tracking the car from no-to-go. I suspect its the CAS, which should be a nice easy fix.

Cheers  :goodjob:

Indeed indeed, you really can't go wrong with Galaxy/BB pale/Notto or US05!
Though next up is a clone of Adnams Ghostship, which should be a bit straight drinking

That's the spirit! I'm just bottling this years harvest ale, was supposed a clone of Ghostship, by Adnams. But the grain bill I got was a base for a Munich Dunkel, just not well labeled. And me without a lager yeast. So ran it with liberty bell, seems alright
