Currently drive a 2017 i30, but looking to upgrade to a small-medium SUV.  Need something to comfortably seat 4 adults, 2 of them being elderly in their 80's, so need something they can get in and out of easy without struggle.

Don't like the Venue, Kona is so so.

Leaning towards a Kia though.  Did consider the Toyota Yaris Cross but doesn't look roomy in the back.

Been watching a lot of reviews on YT before I go out and physically look.

Maximum is $30,000.  Must include DAB and SatNav, which I currently have in mine, so not wanting to go backwards and not have these features.

Have a look at the Mazda CX-30 or even the CX-5

Satnav isn't such an issue any these days with most new vehicles supporting Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, maps come directly from the phone and are generally more up to date than navigation systems.

I did look at the CX30 but I don't like the position of the screen....I'm very fussy with the layout and looks of cars.  CX5 too big for me...and $$$

I'd be inclined to wait for the new Corolla Cross due later this year - and get it in a hybrid.

With the CW no longer available in AU, top of the list for my next car is the Kia Seltos. It seems to tick most of the boxes.
