Hi,
I've removed the bumper to repair a fog light fixing and a piece of foam has dislodged from the inside middle part of the bumper, does anyone know how to refit it and which way up it goes?

Would it be possible to someone to take a photo of the inside of their bumper where the middle bumper bracket is please?
