Did a 2 hour hike from the centre of Perth WA where I am staying for a few days to visit Rick and his Wife Sue.

The GPS took me the long way for some reason ( was only a little over 1 and a half hours going home. )

Although Sue made the comment "at least it's a bit cooler today" it hit 39c on the car dash not far from Rick's place on the way home. Took a photo for evidence but it disappeared!

Rick was up to his neck in one of his projects when I got there. Alway great to catch up with Rick. Thought I was at the wrong place to start with though! Sue kept calling him Richard (you're more of a Rick aren't you mate!)

Loved the home baked Anzac Biscuits, but probably wouldn't have made a 3 and a half hour round trip (almost half a tank of fuel) just for them...
