Hi Guys
I accidentally hit a pole  while driving ( thin lanes!)...the glass came out but did not break. I am trying to pop it back in but it is not staying...is there a trick to snapping it back on?   thanks!

I've had intimate experience replacing one my SIL's Jetta. Give us a few photos of the parts involved and we'll check to see whether you'll be able to snap it back in or there's some damage done.

Done it on your model. Fiddly until you get the right technique. From memory you need to slide it up into the clips.
