Hey folks,

I was reading on another topic about roof trims that were damaged by the sun (cracked and brittle). I'm in the same situation with my 2010 Elantra Touring. Wrapping the trims with black vinyl (such as 3M) was a suggestion to fix the problem.

Does anyone have any tips on how to apply the strip. I've seen on ebay some trims already cut out for another make and model:

Plenty of YouTube hits on how to install wrapping, doesn't look to hard.
