Where can I get an identical clip like this? It needs to have a screw. I’ve looked on ebay UK but the one for the i30 2007 doesn’t have the screw.

A wreckers/breakers would be my first thought, if you haven't already tried.

I took it to a garage, they said I can easily fix it myself as I only need a new (or second hand) clip and screw it on. I just need to find an identical clip with the screw

You have the screw. You don't need another one, just the plastic.

Yes the screw works fine. There is this plastic bit that’s attached to the screw and it’s hard to remove (that plastic is what has broke/come off the clip.

To me it seems like it was already fixed before with some glue.
I would try to sand both surfaces a bit (so the glue will stick better) and use some 2-component glue.
Just my 2 cents
