Title: Water in the front light PD
Post by: maxi30 on February 12, 2018, 11:45:25
Hi Guys,
I'm in Danmark and the weater is quite rigide.
I'm writing because we have a little problem with our i30.
Last Friday, when we parked our car in the garage, we noticed that same water in the lower part of both front lights.
It's happening more than once,I attach pictures.
It's normal? What do you think about it?

Thank a lot.

Max

Seems odd to me. I would discuss it with the dealer. :crazy1:

Being the low temperatures you get over there I think it would be normal for a little condensation to form on the inside of lights as they cool down after using, as Dazzler mentioned best to ask the dealer about it anyway just to be sure.

I've noticed with the cold weather here the inside of my headlight unit will fog up when left for sometime.

but once the lights  have been on for a few minutes it cleared .

Also, looked as if water had been lying in the unit

The seller said that with temperature changes (cold and hot) it can happen, so if it gets worse, let's go for assistance.
We'll ceck it!

That's all.

Thanks.
