Anyone had any problems with ESC light staying on ?
Comes up with code C1260 have tried reset but light just goes straight back on

Google says it is something to do with the steering angle sensor.

Fault code says that but been unable to do reset ... any ideas on a fix or if you can replace steering angle sensor?

From my brief read yesterday it needs calabration or replacement.

There is also a post here steering angle sensor reset.

It seems the calabration can be done by a wheel alignment guru.

If you need to replace it, there are more mechanically minded people in here who might be able to assist.

Hoping calibration fixes it but if not looks like £1500  for new unit..
Just not sure what can have caused fault to show up  as car is handling fine...

Ahh! Thought you have an usefull interface for these vehicles for other systems then engine.
I search something cheap to read and program various computers on the car. Not 4000 euro oem stuff lol..
