additional DRL mod for 2018 PDE

recently did a DRL mod for my headlights. They also act as a moving sequential orange indicator light when the indicators or hazards are used.

If it was me, I would remove the halogen bulbs. The sequentials looks much better on their own!

You peel up the existing rubber seal over the headlight, stick the led on. And 're apply new double sided tape n stick the rubber seal over the drl.

The bumper needs to be down to make it easier and wiring was the challenge for me.. hence I brought it to a.shop to be installed

haa they have to be seen in real life. it looks good, starting from the stock location and moving to the DRL section.

keeping the stock halogens is good just in case the DRL fails since it is 3rd party and quite cheap

You can replace the halogens with LED ones though! To operate at the same speed as the sequentials.

Hey Crusty, how would you feel about teaming up to get two pairs of the white-yellow 60 cm job and one ~~white-red~~ yellow-red 30 cm for my bikes? The shipping (EMS) bumps up with the second pair but not the third. We could of course split the postage and pay for each pair as needed. I am happy to handle it (credit card on AliExpress only) if you want to share and then drop yours off when it arrives (any excuse for a ride ).

Sorry Hati just saw your previous post today and have already ordered white yellow 60 cm units. Not sure if I ordered 1 or 2 sets a few weeks ago.
