I know this is pretty basic stuff, but don't forget to have the wheels off your new car when you get a chance. They never grease the studs at the factory, so if you don't do it yourself and you get a puncture next year you may struggle to remove the wheel.

Took mine off this evening and the studs were as dry as a bone. I also put a fine film of grease on the hub that's starting to rust already and a bit of grease on the hub screws to stop the slots from rusting away.

Didn't have time to clean and wax the wheels - that'll have to wait.

thanx m8, good tip i was thinking about rotating my wheels as have 6,000k up so should be about time, on everything else i put anti seize or hi temp copper anti seize , as it's a good idea also help not get false tension when tightening nuts up. not to mention cuts down on thread wear.

Yes - it's my i30 hub. Are there different hubs for different models, maybe?

Thanks a lot. And that in the upper right corner is a part of the brake disk surface? Somebody said is not a disk but a drum (I hope I said it right). ...

 No. I think I will sell it here to have money for a new start. On the other hand a buy-buck system that would allow me to take it to the dealer here in Romania and pay a difference to a new one in Australia would be so great... But for the moment I do not know for such a system to exist...

Best regards. Nice meeting you all.
