When the lights are turned on, both rear indicators
Stop working, and front ones flash fast.
When lights are off they work perfectly
Any ideas ?

Some wiring problem, often involving an incomplete circuit to earth.
When 'other lights' get involved, it's a good indication that the earth circuit is being completed through an alternative path.
