Error code P0118 is displayed.

I'm measuring voltage between the "battery+" side and ECT_sensor wire, and the voltage is 7V. (5V to "battery-")
The voltage between the "battery+" side and ECT_ground wire is ~0V. (AFAIK it should be 12V)
This indicates that there is problem with the ground of ECT_ground wire. This wire comes from the ECU module.
Does this mean that the ECU module lost ground?
Where would be the place at which the ground is attached to chassis, used for ECU module (or ECT ground), that could be loose or disconnected ?
