Yep, I’m looking for a nice black leather look/vinyl owners manual wallet to replace the crappy dealership one.

Apart from buying a complete one with the actual books, does anyone know where you can get them by themselves?

Short answer: I don't know where you would get it alone.
Longer answer: get a much better quality corporate document wallet from a stationery source or online, A4 or A5 according to your need. I have a bunch of such wallets from conferences and seminars, so I know they're avaliable.
