Not October yet school holidays started here last week so we have two weeks of double demerits.

My mistake, thought it was two weeks of demerits for us but was only for WA's queens birthday long weekend 21st to 24th Sep.

Send it off to the cops, they can use road traffic cameras to identify car .
Couple of years ago, some dork threw a can of drink at another car , reported with car description, they tracked via rego fined, he lost license.  I felt great.
