Interesting, I wouldn't bother doing it though...easier to watch a movie on my phone if I felt the need though I wouldn't bother doing that either

The same software is used for hacking GPS units such as Navmans and Garmins. I don't think I'd bother doing that to a dash mounted display. The aftermarket backseat- or roof-mounted viewers are more appropriate and cheap enough anyway.
