Hi,

Only a small detail but when I want to see information about the CD playing on my radio (standard factory one fitted) I press the info button and get it, but then it disappears after a few seconds. On previous radios such as JVC and Sony etc this information stays unless I change it again. Is there a way to keep that info on the screen? Its only a small thing but bugs me to see track 01 etc I prefer to see the information of track name etc when its available.

Cheers

MP3 on CD? I just used my CD for the first time ever and on the old conventional CD I get no info. I use USB MP3 and it gives what you want on the display whilst it plays.

Convert to USB?

Using Cd's, when I press info button the track will come up and when press it again the album will come up. But dissapers after few seconds. Looking to keep it on screen. When I play via mu MP3 on AUX slot no info comes up except something like AUX

Do you have the USB port in the centre console? I'm not 100% sure of your model

Have you ever used that USB slot then for playing MP3?

I think it depends on how the cd was manufactured.

On my unit i get track details with some cd's but not with others.

More than likely but he's talking about the detail being displayed all the time. So if the music is a MP# file and placed on a USB  and played using the USB port then you have the same functionality as the plus the data displayed all the time.

The only thing that frustrates me is it always goes back to the beginning whwere th better unit start from the last known point of playback.

Yes talking about it displaying all the time, it will display but not all the time. Is there an option to make it display all the time?

I don't think so. I could not get it to do so but with USB  playback should. Try it if you have not.
