I bought my i30 in 2017 and not long after I did purchase, the newer model came out with the bells and whistles with the safety pack (at the time I did ask the dealer if a new model was due and they flat out said no).

Anywho, car under finance and still have a considerable amount owing.

Just curious...............would you upgrade to the newer model of i30?

I've done about 55,000km.

Hi Vanessa,

If yours is a PD it is the current model. Most of the latest changes are only cosmetic. Nothing wrong with what you have got.

You'll lose heaps unless you can get top dollar selling it privately which is extremely difficult.  They'll only we take fgive safety you what they think they can sell it leow.sor granted ns $3000 or measure and less any allowance for things like new tyres, rego, cleaning etc.. depending on what your car needs to be saleable.

Safety features are nice, but most of us have survived a long time despite being carted to school without seatbelts and other life protection systems.
