Hi everyone,

Over the weekend I changed the speakers in my FD i30. I thought i'd put a quick guide together to help anyone out that is thinking of doing this themselves.

My advise.... well worth it and only took 3 hours to change all 4 speakers and install tweeters in a SX i30 (no tweeters)

The SX doesn't come with tweeters? That's a bit skimpy!

I toyed with upgrading the speakers in my Hybrid but never got around to it.. My new car which I hope to get Friday has a 9 speaker Bose system with 2 subbies.. I didn't audition it on my test drive, so will be excited to try it out!

Wife is happy enough with the sound in her FD CW (SX model) Hopefully, the GD Tourer she is getting on Friday is as good or better sound wise...
