Hi All,
Does somebody know size of idler pulley torx?
Also I know that alternator pulley is 33 spline tool, but what bit size the alternator shaft is (hex, torx, star)?

could be 40, I'd have to check. Has the alt pulley seized?

There is very little clearance between body and those bolt heads. that socket for example will not fit. I have great displeasure with these, usually resort to a 1/4 ring spanner on a short T40 bit.

Quite challenging to keep it in there and get enough torque. Takes very little to spin the tip and ruin the torx head.

Thanks for that. One of the pulleys is noisy and I just want to get ready.
T40 then.

When the car is standing tilted up on right side (curb on right side) I can hear noise.
I suspect idler pulley, but could be Alternator clutch

Easy thing to pop the belt off and have a spin and a feel. Just did both on one of mine, the top smooth plastic one the bearing was a bit dry and lumpy.
