Took delivery of my new I30 today, but neither I or the dealer could get my LG K4 android phone to pair.  The phone indicates it is discoverable, but the Hyundai scan does not detect it.  Is there some magical secret, or is the LG just incompatible

My first thoughts were to see if there are any firmware updates or software updates available for your phone.

Failing that install ANdroid Auto and plug your phone into the USB.

Apart from the inconvenience of having to plug and unplug the phone ANdroid AUto is so much better tah just bluetooth connection.
