Welcome Bucketman and congratulations on the new car. We didn't get the i30 with a 1.4 litre motor in Australia and couldn't find any info on a "caron" model? Being 2012 I am assuming it is the series 2 (GD) model but as 2012 was a transition year I can't be sure. Either way let's keep this section for welcomes and discuss the pros and cons in the general chit chat. The i30 doesn't have many vices and is generally very reliable.
