After one of my low-beams blew I ordered from the above vendor (on a Saturday evening).
Received notification item was sent on the Sunday. Ebay estimated delivery that Tuesday - received ParcelLocker notification about 7am that Wednesday (so those are about right). So quick timely delivery.
Narva sealed packaging (i.e. per in-store stock at local autoparts franchise and as advertised) sent in a 500g Express Post bag - with 3+ layers of bubble wrap secured around the Narva sealed pack. So pretty well protected against dumps and bumps. Arrived undamaged.
Not really a vendor related thing but I was pleasantly surprised to find I could actually open the package along the perforated area with my finger(s) - per the packages instruction/implication - usually I find I need to cut along them (because they are too strong to brake). No idea if it is due to new package tooling, better QA, etc. but probably not something to do with the vendor. On the flip-side there was some sought of slight patterning on the outside of the sealed packing around the bulbs... which at first looked like it was on the actual bulb glass but wasn't actually.
So all good - genuine product for significant saving (unless on sale with good discount at your local auto-parts place).
FYI the Narva Plus60 bulbs are: OSRAM 12V 55W H7U
In full the 'laser' etching reads... OSRAM 64210SV2 DOT (E1) 23G 12V 55W H7U GERMANY W51.3
