No, but I'm confused with the no turn, starter ok? What lead up to this event?

ECU will not stop it cranking.

The most common causes of this P1678 code being stored are due to a defective input speed sensor or output speed sensor. Other common causes include shorted, open, corroded, or damaged wiring circuits or connectors.

But ignore that for the moment , you are overthinking the problem.
-trace battery connections, couple of fuses on the +ve terminal, if need be, put jumper on to starter SOLENOID after you make sure you have power available to the starter MOTOR. It should crank.

Just make sure that Im not overthinking: First check is always the battery? Put lights on and try to crank_ do lights go out? Eg crook battery,

Now i know Ecu faulty 100%
Located can wires white/blue then connected to diagnostic tool straight beside Ecu connector ,so i can communicate with all modules except engine control module, so it means no communication ecu canbus, and i 100% sure if you unplug ecu in any driving vehicle ,you will not be able turn engine with starter because signal from ignition lock goes to ecu and then ecu sending signal to starter relay.

"ignition lock goes to ecu and then ecu sending signal to starter relay"
Signal goes from antenna coil (at lock) to the immobiliser which then signals ECU to open engine management.
Given your above assertion, what is clicking?

Been thinking about your ECU.
You may have a faulty unit but that is rare.
The ECU and engine management " module' are the same unit. The immobiliser and ECU communicate with each other. If key code is correct engine management will function and also starter relay becomes hot.
But engine will not function if the transmission is not in N or D. Worth checking the switch/wires for continuity.
2 other points. You are getting codes, the ECU is reading and displaying them.
Taking the ECU out of the car will stop it functioning. But in doing so you not only remove part of the com system , you remove the switched ground for the start relay.

There too many reasons why a car wont start. If you browse the forum you will realise how much they vary. Apply the closest to your situation.

23-2-19 bullshit.
Who did you get it from ? ,hy dealer or other ? Either way sounds like its time for a very vocal complaint to staff and customers in service and sales section until you get a better result.
No swearing etc, just ask again and again,  loudly not yelling, keep your spot at the desk refuse to take no for an answer, if they serve someone else, keep talking to them.
They  can ask you to leave,  they cant make you, only you can .
Good luck
