Hi all

Has anyone done this before or could point me in the right direction?

Hyundai foot rest arrived yesterday but doesn't fit. Do I simply have the wrong part number or will I need to get creative in getting this to fit?

Bugger. First thing my eyes see is LHD, no shot of the top of it , better shot of the underside or part number would be helpful and is this a GD?

Premium Diesel , probably is GD. yes I'm taking the piss out of you.  The lack of detail frustrates me when you're trying to help.

It appears it would just clip on but I doubt that's the case for our market looking at the original.

The alloy rest cover should just clip on over the original if it’s for the right model.

Have you got the original link you used to buy it? Definitely doesn't look like it will fit over the top or over the bracket does it.

Nope, clips on top of the other foot rest if it’s for GD

Sure correct model as photo shows bonnet release on wrong side/place for rhd.

Presume this photo is of lhd car

I got sent a lhd one but was hoping it would fit seeing the pedals would be in the same location :/

There’s the problem, lhd is against the drivers kick panel and rhd is against the centre console so both will be angled differently and likely a different type rest as well.

Thanks to the one or two people who actually tried to help. I hacked away at it last night and got it to work. Seller offered me a refund and told me to keep it even though its clearly not the right fit for my car so happy days!

Yeah, that looks ok!
