Just a rider before you watch the video. The DPF in the i30 diesel ( from 2007 in the UK but only from 2017 in Australia ) has been generally amazingly trouble free. But if you have had, or have problems with one in the future, some of what John says could be of value.

He loves paying out on everyone doesn't he     , cracks me up something shocking.
Covers a heap of reasons for "limp mode".
Work had 2 Toyota Coaster 22 seat buses . Both stopped going into limp mode after chist knows how many times,  when service person said only use the first 3 gears around town,  "use the governor Luke ".
