Title: temperature control knob knocked in - AC not working, but compressor is
Post by: rahul on August 01, 2020, 11:01:57
Hey,
I knocked in the temperature control knob and now the cold air doesn't blow.
so I turn on the AC (blue light comes on), the compressor is running, but cold air doesn;t blow , rather just hot.

It seems I've messed up the connection of the thermostat at the back.
I really don't want to be paying through the roof to get it fixed, so just want to see if i can open the dashboard myself (center facia panel) as they call it and see if i can hack in a fix.

any thoughts on where i can start to open the center facia panel (Hyundai i30 active 2012) ?  Thank you for your help
