If you want to PM your VIN I could possibly find you the OEM numbers or a dealer could but at the moment the

Clutch disc is showing 4110032021
The pressure plate 4130032021
The flywheel 232002A700

2011 Diesel
M5CF trans

Is yours U or U2 motor, 5 or 6 speed? Not that I know if that makes a difference.

Tried looking at 1.6 U2 CRDi 6 speed

Disc 4110032021  matches US Exedy  HYD122U
Cover 4130032021 matches US Exedy HYC519
Flywheel    232002A700

If I type in just diesel, Australian market,
 10 Aug 2007 - 24 Jul 2009
Disc 4110023580
Cover 4130023560
Flywheel 232002A700

24 Jul 2009 - 8 Feb 2010
Disc 4110023586
Cover 4130023566
Flywheel 232002A700

8 Feb 2010 - end of production 2012
Disc 4110032021
Cover 4130032021
Flywheel    232002A700

Can't help anymore with the step but appears the same flywheel used.

UK Exedy kit HYK2058 contains HYD122U, HYC519 and should have the throw out bearing too

HYK2058 also listed for i20 1.4 CRDi, just so happens when you look into that model it shows

Disc 4110032021
Cover 4130032021

The flywheel number is different , different mass at a guess.

There's a UK ebay item about $245 delivered,

Unless your set on getting the after market clutch price up a genuine one first.
We generally fit genuine as they are very well priced and rarely ever have a problem. It will be the right one for sure then.

Good point plus it looks like they're  Valeo .

I Found a set advertised $375 delivered

for part Numbers 4130032021, 4110032021,4142132000

Notice the 32021 stamped on both, last 5 of the part numbers

Out of curiosity is the clutch worn or you just looking at Exedy expecting better? I think you'll find those exedy kits are standard kits not Heavy Duty

There is 2x models of clutch disc. With 4x and 6x springs per plate for single mass flywheel. You really cant know what set is the right one until gearbox is rrmoved.

Thanks guys, well what I'm doing is Im putting another gearbox with 3,000km on it, as my 5th gear crunches when selecting into 5th gear seems like the Synchro but it's weird for that to stuff up when I'm hardly in that gear unless on the motorway, unless you guys have experienced the same problem ?  But I also thought since the gearbox is coming out it's best to replace the clutch

Before you do all that, an oil change in the gearbox can fix some of these problems.

Personally at that mileage I wouldn't replace the clutch.

Good move, but don't sue me if the clutch goes in 5k...

I think it should be fine though...

How many kms the car has done before 5th gear went? Or did I miss that info? I understood that the car has done way more kms and now he is getting new gearbox with 3000km on it. If the car has "any" kms on it I would change the clutch as well.
