Looking to remove the top oxygen sensor in my 09 i30 SX Petrol to clean it.

I’ve taken the heat shield off, however I don’t have a suitable tool to remove the oxygen sensor. I’ve tried a wrench but it’s awkward and doesn’t allow me to remove it.

Is there a better tool to do this?

Thanks.

You can buy a special socket for the purpose. Can't use a ring spanner? By the way you can't clean them.

I'm with Charles, what are you doing? :scared:

Unless it's malfunctioned or you have an error code and it's dead, leave it alone. (please  :snigger:)
