Hi, newbie's first posting - I get a message saying '/i30/' not found, so I can't see the database (looking for parts for window activator in driver's armrest - I can't open passenger side front from the master control and the rear windows don't always go up and down from the master control). Is there a problem or is it not connecting because I have a setting on my computer that is blocking my access to the database (but not sure what I would have to change, if this is the problem)? Help/advice, please! THX :-[

I got the same message it was a 5 year old link. A lot can change in that time on the Web.

Haven't tried any to see how well they work. (with differently worded searches there may be others)
I would try the 4th link 1st as that is a UK one. The other 4 are Aussie sites.

You can still get to the data you just need an index number for the right model for example:
