I have an 2010 Hyundai i30 sw. diesel. If i chance The Steeringwheel to a steeringwheel whit cruise control. Will I then have the cruise control? Or do I have to mount more parts?

I'm sure it is not that easy. There would definitely be some  sort of module required as well.  I think the total cost involved is usually around  A$600 but could vary in your country . From memory the most popular maybe only unit is made by Dangar or something like that? Update. The one I found below might be Autostrada?

unlikely, I've tried on a 2008 with no luck but it was an early one.

 Not sure exactly what needs to be changed but someone may have done a retrofit to add cruise, you have to try and use the search function.

Steering wheel with button is only one small part. The clockspring will need to be the right one, you can add volume control at the same time with that one.

Brake switch could be different and wiring down there, likely harness wiring will be missing.
