Yes, she can drive a manual if someone teaches her, no test necessary.
Does that mean you can get a drivers license for auto cars only... ...and then upgrade to manual ...
If you get an auto licence it covers you for auto only and it would need to be upgraded to include manual.

Just got my car back, I'll let you all know if the problem I had is still there or not once I've passed by a place it always showed the problem up.
