A wild guess is drive shaft constant velocity joints due to the new springs changing the geometry.

Seems reasonable.

I'll see if I can pin point noise coming from front/rear/left/right.

do some tight figure of eights and listen for the clicking noise from the CV joints...   although as Alan says it may just be a change of position.
