Hiya, I have a problem with the rear fog lights. :crazy1: When you switch on the  front fogs, the light on the dash comes on and the lights are  fine, :happydance: but when you try to turn on the rear fog lights, the light on the dash does not turn on and neither do the rear fog lights. Everything else is fine. I had the mechanic look over it and he discarded the basics ie bulbs, fuses, power.  I think it may be the wiring. Any sugestions?  :whistler:   :phone1:

Are your headlights on, dip or main, as without checking these need to be on as well for them to light up

Yea the lights are working, its just the rear fogs. My mechanic phoned and said he was onto Hyundai, they recommended changing the stalk as this might be broken. I will bring it down to him next week so lets hope it sorts out the issue.  :goodjob:

That's odd. Simply slaving the fogs to your headlights shouldn't involve the stalk. If they are separately fused perhaps there's a fault in that set of wiring

 I think the more appropriate term is 'dismissed' them as a problem. :crazy1:

Turns out it was the stalk that was faulty. Replaced in 5 mins and sorted.
I have another problem, its a ticking noise between 80km and 100kmph. I will try and link a vid.

All I can hear in that video is road noise or/and exterior air turbulence.

As this isn't related to your fog light query it's probably better in a topic of its own.
